Early three digit serial number with matching number on all parts. "R.A.C.' inspected on so stamped above left wood flat, under ball and on release latch. Original wood grip panels original. 6" barrel with oginal front blade sight. Stamped "Colt D.A. 38" on left side of barrel. Two line Colt address on top. "U.S. Army Model xxxx on butt opposite original lanyard ring of three digit serial number. Excellent bore and chambers. Professionally refinished overall with nickel enhancements to cylinder, screws, lanyard ring and cylinder pin cap. Trigger and hammer jeweled as well. Perfect working order in double action as well as lock-up.
