Payroll Territory Manager As a Payroll Territory Manager at Heartland you will sell our full service payroll, HR solutions, and other related products. You will also manage, coach, and train you team of Senior Product Advisors and all new hires in your local area. Achieve monthly revenue quota selling payroll and other related HR products and services . Develop an understanding and utilization of Heartland software including demo capability of our HRIS system . Develop sales and marketing proposals on payroll solutions based on the customer's technical and organizational need . Prospect for new clients and new referral partners via telephone, network associations and memberships, or other appropriate marketing opportunities to include cold calling Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience . Two plus years of sales experience in the payroll industry with a proven track record of success; (ie, sales rankings, pipeline development, trips and incentives) Demonstrated success establishing referral partners that lead to sales and increased revenue .
