Job Description:
Wireless Telecommunications Company Seeking an Independent Channel Operator
Duties include (but not limited to):
Provide support and guidance to field event and distribution teams within a specified state geography.
Recruit field distribution representatives.
Review field productivity records and provide appropriate recommendations.
Perform audits, appraisals, evaluations and other duties as assigned.
Plan and set sales appointments with customers.
Organize and schedule team meetings when required.
Devise strategic plans to improve company's product and service positioning in the market space.
Monitor distribution promotion activities and communicate the promotion deals to all key channels of distribution.
Assist in developing distribution and marketing initiatives for brand awareness.
Track competitor activity closely and keep relevant departments up:to:date about the same.
Distribute all marketing and promotional collaterals within the relevant stores and dealers.
Prepare and submit distribution strategies and productivity reports to management team.
Participate in weekly business reviews and provide recommendations if needed.
Participate in industry meetings, business events, conferences, etc.
Manage all corporate dealings effectively and efficiently.
Address customer and agent issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
Applicant must have exceptional people skills, computer literacy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and maintain a positive work environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess Internet search skills. Applicant must also have the ability to work as a team leader in a very fast:paced environment. The ability to prioritize and multitask under a deadline is a must. Being a self:starter and detail:oriented should be second nature to the right candidate. Experience in wireless telecommunications and/or the federal Lifeline program is highly desirable.
Required to own a tablet (iOS or Android) and a reliable vehicle. Must be willing to travel 75.
This is a commission only position. Necessary air travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and per diem provided. Mileage and toll expenses will be reimbursed for business related travel.
